China World International Exhibition Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company attached to the China World Trade Center Co., Ltd., which is wholly self-funded. It is a standing director unit of China Association for Exhibition Centers, a member of the Union of International Fairs (UFI), a member unit of the National Exhibition Standardization Committee, as well as the president unit of China Coffee Association Beijing. China World International Exhibition Co., Ltd. is approved by the Ministry of Commerce that it is a qualified professional exhibition company with the priority to organize Chinese group for participation of overseas exhibitions. (hereinafter referred to as the "China World Exhibition").
Since 1989, the China World Exhibition began to operate trade exhibition halls, undertaking thousands of exhibitions, displays, public relations activities and meetings, and has accumulated rich management experience with completed exhibition hall management team. When authorized to be in charge of the management in China World International Exhibition Center in Beijing, it is also delegated as the consultant for the preparations of "World Business Valley".
China World Exhibition Division brings experienced managers together with senior exhibition and conference planners, project staff, designers and technical workers. China World Exhibition Division consists of four departments: exhibition & conference organization, exhibition services, space leasing and venue management.
China World Exhibition Hall is located in the heart of the CBD on the famous East Chang’an Avenue. Adjacent to the embassy districts and many international apartment buildings, it is a 25-minute drive away from Beijing Capital International Airport and connected to a convenient public transportation network of subways and buses.
China World Exhibition Hall consists of three halls and a lobby, covering a total area of 10,000 square meters. Hall 1 is 2,000 square meters and boasts a column-free ceiling 14-19 meters high; Hall 2 is 3,500 square meters; Hall 3 is 2,800 square meters; the lobby is 1,800 square meters and can be used for both exhibitions and opening ceremonies. In addition, there is a VIP room and a Function Room for conferences or forums. The Business Center provides typewriting, photocopying, fax, plant rental and booth accessories rental services.
More than 1,000 exhibitions have been held here, including “China Education EXPO”, “Style Hong Kong”, “Sino-Euro Information Seminar”, “China International Stamps and Coins Expo”, “Beijing Chaoyang International Business Festival”, “China International Gallery Exposition”, “France, des Maisons à Vivre”, “Russian National Exhibition in Beijing”, and “South Africa’s 10th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations Expo”. The China Embassies of the latter three exhibitions were directly involved in their organization.
As one of the most famous and frequently used exhibition halls in Beijing, China World Exhibition Hall generally holds more than 50 exhibitions each year, with a cumulative exhibition area of 275,000 square meters and a total of 500,000 visitors. Many of these exhibitions have built their own brands in their respective fields and wield great influence around the world.
Many current large-scale exhibitions also originated in the China World Exhibition Hall: for example China Auto, CHIC, China Building, China Fish, China P & E, and BIRTV.
The Exhibition Hall has easy access to the China World Trade Center’s hotels, shopping mall, office buildings and apartments.
The five-star China World Hotel is known as “the Second State Guesthouse”, having received many state leaders, top government officials, executives of international organizations and business leaders as well as celebrities. Together with the four-star Trader’s Hotel, it offers a complete range of business, accommodation, meeting and banquet services. China World Mall is the top shopping center in Beijing. Besides a great variety of restaurants and entertainment facilities, the Mall offers a splendid collection of fashions from home and abroad. For the expatriate staff of multinational companies, China World Apartments is a home away from home. The completion of Phase 3 of the CWTC project brings an even wider range of facilities and services in the newly opened China World Tower, including the super-deluxe, five-star China World Summit Wing hotel.
